Garden Grove offers varied accommodation comprising of studios, 1-bedroom apartments, and 2-bedroom suites. A total of 150 suites in the retirement complex are sold under Sectional Title.

The majority of suites are fitted with a kitchenette where you provide your own fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. No cooking is permitted in the individual suites, but adjacent to all the lounges are kitchens where residents are allowed to occasionally do simple cooking or baking.

Suites are serviced daily, and the weekly washing of sheets and towels is included in the levy. Personal washing can be sent to our in-house laundry at a nominal charge and there are drying racks in all suites.

Levies vary from suite to suite depending on the square meterage. Levy includes water and electricity, security and M-Net.

Secure parking is available in the form of lock-up garages, undercover or open bay parking availability is linked as exclusive use to the individual suites.

Any prospective purchaser requires a medical form completed by their doctor and has to be passed by the Residents’ and Management committees.  On re-sale, a percentage is deducted from the net proceeds of the selling price and paid to the Levy Stabilisation Fund.

1 bedroom units

In the Musgrave wing, units are available as single-bedroom apartments with en suites. All units on St Thomas Road are North-facing and have open balconies.

2 bedroom suites

These suites are available in a variety of layouts with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
